On the 14th of November Ruinart held a private champagne tasting dinner at Moskovsky Bar of the Four Seasons Hotel. Caroline Fiot, who is one of the Ruinart winemakers, came to Moscow for the occasion and was the dinner host. Guests were offered to experience an exquisite set of gourmet snacks accompanied by the legendary champagne. Ruinart Blanc de Blancs was served together with oysters with yuzu and green apple dressing, Ruinart Rosé tasted best with the finest deep-sea scallops and mashed celery decorated by champagne foam and chestnut chips. The culm pooint of the dinner became the impeccable taste of Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blanc paired with turbot fillet and savoy cabbage under the black truffle sauce.
